General Description
Age: 10 - 13

Season runs: Sept - Oct
Cross country (XC) is an endurance sport. Athletes will be developing their capacity to run further distances. This program is for athletes who are becoming more focused on pursuing endurance running as opposed to speed / power activities.

Sept. 20 Festival of XC – at Crescent Park, Surrey
Sept 28 Vancouver Spirit Run at Jericho Beach Park, Vancouver
Oct 18 – BC Championships – at DND Grounds, Vernon
