*Parent is responsible to pay and register for the BC Championships
General Description
Cost: $90
Age: 10 - 13 (2017-2014)
Registration Opens: July
Season runs: Sept - Oct
Cross country (XC) is an endurance sport. Athletes will be developing their capacity to run further distances. This program is for athletes who are becoming more focused on pursuing endurance running as opposed to speed / power activities.

Athletes must register for these meets individually
Sept. 19 Festival of XC – at Crescent Park, Surrey
Sept 27 Vancouver Spirit Run at Jericho Beach Park, Vancouver
Oct 17 – BC Championships – at Arbutus Meadows (Nanoose Bay)
