High School Programs
Age: 14 -23
Registration Openings: August, December, March, June
Season runs: Sept - July
Season intakes: Fall, Winter & Spring
This program is for athletes who are becoming more focused on pursuing sprinting, endurance, hurdling, throwing and jumping events, including training for the indoor and outdoor track and field season.
Athletes have three registration options:
Year-Round High School Program
Register for the full High School Group season, which runs from September through July. This option includes Cross Country (fall only), Endurance (winter-spring), sprints & hurdles, throws and jumps.
Fall Intake - Cross Country Only
Register for the fall Cross Country program in the fall, then separately register for the High School Group during either the Winter or Spring Intake period. This option is ideal for athletes who participate in other sports during the fall or winter and prefer an extended break between the cross country and track season.
Winter Intake
Join the High School Group when training resumes following the December holiday break.
Spring Intake
Join the High School Group when training resumes following Spring Break.
These flexible registration options allow athletes to choose the entry point that best fits their schedule and training goals.

5:00 – 7:00 pm @ McLeod Athletic Park - Jumps
Thursday
5:00 - 7:00 pm @ McLeod Athletic Park - Throws
6:00 – 8:00 pm @ McLeod Athletic Park - Speed / Hurdles
5:00 PM – 6:15 PM @ Campbell Valley Equestrian Centre - Cross Country/Endurance
Saturdays
9:30 – 11:15 am @ McLeod Athletic Park - Speed / Hurdles
9:30 AM – 10:45 AM @ Campbell Valley South Entrance - Cross Country/Endurance
