SWANGARD STADIUM
Take Hwy 10 till you come to hwy 91/ Alex Fraser Bridge turn onto Hwy 91 and follow hwy 91 over the bridge and follow the signs for New Westminster. The hyw 91 will go over the Queensborough Bridge. Stay in the left-hand lane and look for the exit to SE Marine Drive West. This will take you under the bridge and you will eventually get to SE Marine Drive. Go to Boundary road and turn right. Go north till you get to Kingsway, Swangard Stadium on the right hand side. Turn right on Kingsway and take the next right into the park. The parking lot is right behind the track.

OR
Take Hwy 1 to the Willingdon exit. Go south till you reach Kingsway. Turn right on Kingsway and you will come to Central Park very quickly on your left. The entrance to the parking lot for Swangard is about half way along the north side of the park. If you get to Boundary you went too far!

BEAR CREEK PARK, SURREY
The address is 88^th Ave and King George Hwy. The parking lot entrance is off 88^th Ave beside the Arts Centre.

COQUITLAM TOWNE CENTRE
Take Hwy 1 to the Cape Horn turn off. Stay on the Lougheed hyw going east past Riverview. Stay on this road straight over the Brunett/Lougheed Hwy. The track is on the right hand side about a mile north.

MINORU PARK, RICHMOND
From Hwy 99 take the Westminster Hwy exit. Take a left, or west on Westminster Hwy till you come to Minoru Blvd. (Couple of blocks past No. 3 Road). Turn left onto Minoru Blvd and go till you come to Granville. Turn right and the track will be on your right in about 400m.

CHILLIWACK
Take Hwy 1 to Lickman Rd. Turn right/south and go to South Sumas Road. Turn left, the track is on the north/left side of the road (a couple of miles from the turn) behind a Fire Hall on South Sumas Rd.

BURNABY CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL
From Hwy 1 take the Kensington Ave exit. Head south to Canada Way. Turn right at Canada Way and go to 4939 Canada Way. The school is on the left.

MUNDY PARK - PINETREE CROSS COUNTRY
Take Hwy 1 across the Port Mann Bridge. Take the very first exit after the bridge and go to No 7/Lougheed Hwy. Stay in the left-hand lane so you can make the first light to the left. This will be to United Blvd and Mariner Way. At United Blvd, turn right, then go to Mariner Way which is about 100m. Turn right and follow Mariner Way around a gradual left and up the hill to Austin Ave. Turn left on Austin and follow that till Hillcrest. Turn right on Hillcrest and enter at second Park entrance. Driveway will curve to the left. Park in the lot on the left, you will see the marshalling area from the parking lot.

KAMLOOPS
From Langley to the Kamloops track, travelling the Coquihalla, is about 3-1/2 hours. As you go down the hill into Kamloops, take the Hillside exit. Turn left and follow Hillside to Dalhousie Dr. Turn left and go to McGill Road. Turn left again, go down to the bottom of the hill and the track is on the right.
